The report behind the claim
The thymosin group reached significant biomechanical benefit; BPC-only total histology scores did not reach significance, and the combination did not establish an additive advantage. Small rat groups and one time point do not establish benefit of a marketed human stack.
Effects of BPC-157 and TB-500 on Achilles tendon healing in rats: A histopathological and biomechanical study.

The experiment in view
The study used 32 male rats after standardized Achilles transection and repair. Its principal measures were four-week load to failure and tissue scores. The thymosin group reached significant biomechanical benefit; BPC-only total histology scores did not reach significance, and the combination did not establish an additive advantage.
Reading the result closely
A numerical difference and a statistically supported contrast are not interchangeable. Reading only the paper's optimistic conclusion would miss which group met which endpoint. The authors' TB-500 terminology also needs product-identity scrutiny before a retail blend is compared.
The boundary of the finding
Small rat groups and one time point do not establish benefit of a marketed human stack.
Related evidence, kept separate
BPC-157 after a rat muscle-crush injury examines macroscopic and microscopic healing, function and enzyme activity. Here, the measured endpoint was four-week load to failure and tissue scores. Those outcomes belong to separate experiments; one is not a replication or a human confirmation of the other. Compare that distinction with The rabbit bone-defect paper: continuity is not a human fracture outcome appraisal.
